Commercial Local Moving

Pricing – A local move is charged by the hour – or in essence the time required to complete the move. The hourly rate is determined by the size of crew necessary to complete the move efficiently.
The time begins when the crew arrives at the pickup location. The time ends when all the goods are unloaded off the truck at the delivery location and set up to your satisfaction. All time is prorated to increments of 15 minutes.
Set Up - Our crews will provide all the necessary disassembly and reassembly to get your office up and running quickly. If requested our crews can provide unpacking and extensive set up services.
Drive Time - All local commercial moves in the state of California are subject to a double-drive time charge. This means the drive time between the pickup location and delivery location is doubled. For instance a 15 minute drive is doubled to 30 minutes.
Professional Equipment – Our crews have access to industry leading equipment to expedite your commercial relocation.
Free Protection Materials – While your goods are in our care they will be wrapped in high quality quilted moving blankets. Each truck is equipped with enough moving blankets to cover all pieces necessary. The blankets are returned at the end of the move so there is no charge for them. If requested, blankets can be sold at the current market price.
